An incredible experience with a beautiful room, friendly staff, and great amenities like a seating area, writing desk, and comfortable bed, making it a wonderful place to stay.

The hotel was in a central setting specially in colder areas like Manali. Stopped by Cafe O'one to get some coffee and treats, it's near the venue, recommend.

Large and nicely furnished room with a marvellous view over garden. Clean bathroom, comfy bed. Absolutely perfect location really close to the bus stand as well as a snowfilled mountains, only 5 minutes walk from Tibetan Monastery. Also, close to the best cafes.

A bit rude staff!

Nice and clean rooms here, equipped with everything you need, although some bedsheets had a few stains. Great view of the snowy mountains 🏔️. It's conveniently located near the market.

This place is great for celebrating birthdays; it's clean with a genuinely helpful and hard-working staff, located conveniently near the forest and bus stop.

The hotel was situated in a very convenient place near to many markets and cafes, which made it easy to get around the city and try different food options. the location was ideal as it was near the Club House and many tourist spots. the room was spacious and had good lighting. the employees were polite and welcoming, they provided great service, helping us with any questions we had.

The breakfast wasn't up to the level as they claimed in the reviews, there were slim pickings.

The restaurant on the main floor had a great selection of tasty snacks and dinner options, and the food was top-notch. we had an awesome stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The buffet spread served at breakfast is limited and could be improved. some of the rooms and bathrooms are poorly maintained, with issues like water leakage and broken shower heads.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The hotel was perfect location, close to the market and the Club House. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the cleanliness of the rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious.

Everything was satisfactory.

My friends and I spent our Christmas at a hotel in the mountains. We appreciated the complementary cookies and hot chocolate provided by the hotel during our stay. the location was also great, right in the heart of the town with easy access to the market and shops. the hotel had a nice view of the mountains that we enjoyed.

The lack of heating options during the chilly winter nights. We had to call the reception and request for extra blankets as there was no heating in the room.
